This black custom 1971 Cuda was a professional frame design with an emphasis on street performance.
It is powered by a Keith Black 426ci HEMI V8 engine mated to a 4-speed manual transmission with a Dana 60 rear end with 3.55 gears.
The chassis is designed to withstand strength. The suspension features tubular A-arms front and a K member, while the rear has a four-link setup with coilovers.
The front ride system allows for a killer stance when standing up. The custom Steve Holcomb red leather interior is fitted with a tilt steering wheel, a CD audio system with remote control, and a row of black AutoMeter gauges located in the dashboard.
The red upholstered look extends to the torso. The Cuda sits on billet Specialty’s graded brushed-aluminum wheels and LED headlights, taillights and marker lights.
Cuda won the American National Choice Award in the Pigeon Forge 2016 Hot Rod Roundup and the First Place E-Body All Modified Award at the 28th Annual Tennessee Fun Festival at the Sun All Mopar Auto Show. From the David Maxwell Collection.
